First of all, they were incredible and immediately responsive! They were extremely professional PLUS friendly and very pleasant to work with. They did the job required with speed and quality, and always kept me fully in the loop regarding updates and progress reports. I would absolutely recommend their services.

We had a broken picture window and DRS was able to get us a quote for glass cleanup and have someone out to our house at 9am the next morning (from a 10pm contract signed time). They were polite, efficient and did a great job. Would use again in a minute should we need it.

After a bathroom leak, we had DRS come out for water mitigation and repairs. Ariel was phenomenal to work with. We so appreciate the time and effort he put into making our bathroom exceed our expectations. He went above and beyond!
